This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students at my school have been loving engaging in structured activities during recess. Soccer is one of the games that is most popular during our recesses.

From 1st graders to 6th graders, many students come out each day to play a game during recess.

It's changed the dynamics of our playground ever since coming back from the pandemic and offering sports as an option during their breaks. Students learn about sportsmanship, teamwork, and hard work. They have matured in a lot of ways by being on the field with their classmates.
