Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Teaching my students about Earth Day is essential for raising awareness about the importance of protecting our planet and promoting sustainable practices. This can lead to more environmentally conscious and environmentally friendly society in the future. With this project we will spend the day outside learning the importance of keeping our earth clean, planting our own salsa garden, and enjoying the outdoors.

The supplies in this project will help our children develop a sense of responsibility towards the environment and encourages them to take action to preserve it for future generations.

The mosquito repellent bracelet will keep our kiddos bug free while they enjoy Earth Day yoga in the grass on beach towels. Not only will my students gain knowledge of the planet we live in but they will also have a full day of learning outside the classroom!
