My Project
We are dedicated to teaching life skills through good sportsmanship, leadership, positive coaching, and peer and parent communication. Our goal is for each player to have fun and develop these soft skills while gaining knowledge of the game. Our softball team will establish a bond with other peers of the same age and similar interests. The girls will learn leadership, organizational structure, and accountability. I will incorporate team concept drills in addition to learning the fundamentals of softball. To further teach the young ladies how to grow and mature with like-minded young ladies, discovering talents that will prepare them for self-esteem, The donations to this project will help to improve my students' with practice balls—also providing a before or after snack for games and practices.
