My Project

As an educator working in one of Houston’s most underserved areas, I witness firsthand the challenges my students face every day. Limited resources, opportunity gaps, and systemic barriers make it even more crucial for them to have access to high-quality education. Despite these obstacles, I am committed to providing my students with the best possible learning experience by continuously developing my skills as an educator.

To better support my students, I am seeking a laptop that will allow me to successfully complete my alternative certification program and become a fully licensed educator in the state of Texas.

This certification will provide me with advanced training in curriculum development, classroom management, and instructional strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of my students. With this resource, I will be able to access online coursework, collaborate with mentors, and implement research-based teaching methods that will directly enhance my students’ academic success.

Technology is a vital tool for modern education, and having access to a reliable laptop will also enable me to create engaging lesson plans, integrate digital learning tools, and offer my students innovative learning experiences. In a high-need community where resources are often scarce, this investment will have a ripple effect—empowering me as an educator and, in turn, providing my students with the high-quality education they deserve.
