This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students at YPSS, have had to face a lot of uncontrollable realities and trials and tribulations every single semester, but that has not stopped these students from showing up and putting their best foot forward every single day! Fortunately, I have been placed in the students' lives, and I want nothing but the best for each one of them. I would love to be able to have scripts, paper, markers, snacks, and dry-erase items; certain materials that would make our experience together in the classroom more personable, and exciting for them, including a speaker so my classes can hear video examples. Because they deserve to fully be able to express themselves in a safe environment with the correct and proper classroom items.
