My students need primary composition notebooks so that they can document their vocabulary with matching illustrations throughout the year. This is the best method I have encountered for guaranteeing Kindergartners learn their vocabulary successfully.

Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My Kindergarten students are very excitable. We spend our days learning to read, write, and count, but also how to love, respect and share. We work on ELA, math, science and social studies daily. We are going to master reading!

They love to learn and can make an adventure of mostly anything!We cherish our memorable moments, such as the hands-on experiences and edible experiments.

I am not afraid to laugh or be laughed at and this connection of laughter keeps us close.

We are in an area that needs a lot of attention. The children need the attention, the love and the opportunity to succeed in the most imaginable way ever!

My Project

The Primary Composition Notebooks are age appropriate notebooks that allow for kindergartners to write their new vocabulary down and provide their perceptive illustrations to match their definition.

The journals are also awesome for adventurous writing and are used as journals for each subject.

My students do not get these at home and it is a huge struggle to get them provided to the classroom.

These journals are perfect for my students. In past classes, my student loved hearing adventure time! They would rush to their journal and race to the newest page ready to begin the adventure that writing and drawing creates for them.
