My Project
Our classroom does not have a writing station. We have seen an increased interest with the students wanting to learn how to write, and we think it would be beneficial if they have a designated area to encourage them to write on their own. It would be an additional "center" in our classroom, and the students will be able to go to their center of choice. In the morning, we write our names to sign in and that is usually the only time students experience writing. With the holidays coming up, it would be a good lesson plan idea to write their own letters to Santa.
