The Write Stuff

Help me give my students essential writing supplies such as pencils, highlighters, dry-erase markers, and clipboards to support their writing development.

My Project

My students are budding writers who require essential writing supplies to support their continued writing development. Pencils are essential and pre-sharpened ones save time in the classroom. Clipboards allow students to write and work throughout the room. More dry-erase markers will replenish the supply that we use throughout the day in all subjects.

Highlighters in green, yellow, orange, and pink are fantastic for students to use to analyze text.

They highlight the topic in green, information in yellow, details in orange, and the ending in pink. When students do this with the text they are reading, it helps them see the text organization that authors use. This understanding then translates into their own writing to ensure it is clear and concise.

Help provide my students with these essential writing tools to finish off the year strong and continue doing the "write" stuff!
