This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach math and science to 3rd-grade students at a Title I campus. My students love to learn new things; technology being number 1 on that list.
Most of my students are second language learners.
Ninety percent of the students receive free or reduced-price lunch.
Their parents work two and three jobs to take care of them. They want their children to have so much more than they have. Education is extremely important. By sharing technology with my students, I show them that there is a future in education.
My Project
All children love to build things. Being able to take their drawings and make them 3D would bring on more engagement than you can imagine.
With the 3Doodler Set my students would be able to bring their imagination to life.
Whatever students can create, they can build with the 3Doodler pen. Imagine drawing the solar system in 3D. These pens will take STEAM to the next level. Being able to put a pen in their hands to create their drawings will help to enrich their learning. With everything that is going on in the world right now, teachers are doing everything they can to keep students engaged. These pens will do that.
