Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

There is no such thing as "too much drama" for these five year olds. I have 20 kindergarten students that are enthusiastic and enjoy expressing their feelings. I would like to offer them the opportunity to build and strengthen their speaking skills through the use of imagination. In order to do this, I am asking for a variety of hand puppets, puppet stands, and a puppet theater. I would like for my students to take turns and perform for the class. I am also asking for a CD library so that students can act out the songs based on lyrics, rhythm and pitch. My students are eager to learn new ways of expressing themselves. The puppets will motivate them into creating their own dialogue. Your donation will give my students the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful imagination of a five year old. This is the perfect time to let them create a world where their dialogue can be fun and carefree.
