The Virtual World

Help me give my students experience the virtual world with the Oculus VR headsets.

My Students

I teach at a Title I school where the majority of students come from homes with high poverty. My students are so excited about school and love learning new things! I strive to give them the best tools to succeed. It is my goal to provide the best educational experience I can for them!

My students need to be able to see, listen and do in order to learn at their highest potential.

I want my students to be more prepared and successful in their future school endeavors.

My Project

The Oculus VR headset that I am requesting will allow my students to explore various regions of the Earth and see many of Earth's features, such as deserts, mountain ranges, and the ocean.

Students can be immersed with content rich realities through exploring their worlds through the lense of instruction.

Immersing them in this learning platform will help them visualize concepts that they would not encounter otherwise.

Let's face it, Covid-19 has taken a lot from our students from confining them to home or just learning in their classrooms. As things are slowly getting back to somewhat normality, my students can benefit from field trips through virtual reality.
