My Project

Teaching the butterfly life cycle is a fun and creative way to get young learners excited about science. The butterfly life cycle is a clear example of the process of metamorphosis. It can help students understand how some living things grow and change.

Preschoolers love nature and insects!

My preschoolers have shown interest in insects! When it's time for recess, I have students dig in the ground, searching for worms. Being able to watch the entire life cycle process of a butterfly from beginning to end and then setting them free will be a rewarding and memorable experience for our young students. Help us fill our garden with butterflies!
