My Project

For my MTSS students, snacks and incentives are crucial to maintaining focus and motivation. Many of my students face unique challenges that can make staying engaged in learning difficult. Providing small rewards like snacks or incentives helps create a positive, reinforcing environment, where students feel valued and encouraged to participate. I love how resilient and creative my students are—they show incredible determination to overcome obstacles. By offering incentives, I can recognize their efforts and help foster a sense of accomplishment, which boosts their confidence and keeps them invested in their learning journey.

Basic supplies and rewards will help them stay engaged, improve their focus, and encourage a positive learning environment.

Each resource I provide is tailored to meet their diverse needs and help them succeed. Hands-on activities allow them to engage actively with the material, making learning more tangible and enjoyable. Visual aids simplify complex concepts and support students who might struggle with traditional methods of instruction. Collaborative projects encourage teamwork, helping students develop important social and problem-solving skills. Together, these resources offer a multi-faceted approach that supports their individual learning styles and helps them build essential skills, all while reinforcing the idea that their hard work is valued and celebrated. With these tools, my students are empowered to succeed, and the rewards help motivate them to keep moving forward.
