The Tools to Help a Remote Teacher Rock it!

My Students

My students walk into our classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. I ask them, "Who is the best 4th grade class in the whole world?" and they reply, "We are!" I want them to know I believe in them and they can do anything.

I teach at a Title I school in South Carolina where 100 percent of our students receive free breakfast and lunch.

Our school provides food pantry items for our families. Despite so many hardships, my students are eager to learn and do their best. Most students do not want to leave at the end of the day and the end of the year brings tears each year. They want to be in school because they want to learn all they can so they can be successful one day.

I would like to provide a fun, engaging, and collaborative experience each day for these students so that each day is a day to learn and grow.

My Project

This project is to provide the technology needed to make my remote lessons come to life!

These materials will bring my lessons to life through the screens of my students!

The document camera will allow me to share the examples and ideas in an easy and seemless way. The lighting will help my students see my face for pronunciation, engagement and excitement on my daily zoom lessons.

This project is essential for a successful remote learning quarter! Help me bring these lessons a professional flair. Thanks so much in advance.
