My Project
The dry erase boards/markers, index cards and post-its will enhance our "thinking classroom" by allowing students to quickly write their answers, share ideas, self-reflect and gain immediate feedback. The plants, fidgets, and fans will help foster a space where the students feel more calm, cool and mindful. The hydroponic gardens will not only enhance our unit on hydroponics but also promote student responsibility and ownership of the classroom. The maps and visuals can help clarify abstract concepts that are harder to grasp through words alone, while they also create a more inviting and enriching environment. The headphones will be used to help students block out distractions, support students in their learning by listening to audio resources, and watching educational videos at their own pace. without disturbing others.
