it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Technology is a necessity in the 21st century and is supposed to make our lives easier, but sometimes in a classroom that's not always the case, so what's a teacher to do?
There are never enough outlets, and never enough spaces near the outlets to help my students charge their devices, and when they do find a spot there are always bulky surge protectors that hurt if you run into them.
Sometimes there are even great outlets blocked by a bookcase, only to put a bulky power strip that makes the bookcase stick out an inch. Not to mention the Chromebook chaos when we have to put them back in the cart, messy and disorganized. I need to organize!
As a teacher, I can tell you these are a few of my least favorite things. I have requested items that will help me get rid of awkward spacing with the power strips, color code my laptops, and make my cords sleek and condensed.
