My Project

At our school site, we currently host a diverse group of striving readers with huge foundational gaps. Many of our high school students started the school year reading well below grade level with some performing as low as 1st grade!. Thankfully, with tons of work, a growth mindset, and consistent effort- they are getting closer and closer to their goal every day. While becoming a better reader should be success enough- I would love to further motivate them by offering them a sweet or savory treat in recognition of their effort.
