My students and I have been using the snacks as part of our daily classroom routine to celebrate learning milestones and reward positive behavior. It has also been a great way to encourage collaboration during group activities, as students can enjoy a snack together after completing a project or working well as a team. One specific moment that stood out was when we finished a challenging research activity, and students were able to enjoy a small snack while discussing their findings. It was a simple reward, but it made the experience feel extra special and motivating for them.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the snacks, their excitement was immediate. Many of them were surprised and thrilled that someone outside of our classroom thought about them and wanted to support their learning in this way. They asked thoughtful questions about who donated them and why, and it sparked a conversation about generosity and community support. Their smiles and enthusiasm were priceless, and it truly made them feel valued and appreciated.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, the snacks will continue to support our current classroom lessons and projects. For example, as we work on collaborative assignments and project-based learning tasks, students can enjoy a small treat as they reflect on their work and discuss their learning with peers. This not only keeps students engaged but also helps foster a positive and encouraging learning environment. Your generous contribution has had a meaningful impact, and we are excited to continue using it to enhance learning and celebrate student success.","fullyFundedDate":1755716150648,"projectUrl":"project/bite-into-learning/9501742/","projectTitle":"Bite Into Learning!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Ballesteros","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10027083"},{"teacherId":8401369,"projectId":9093702,"letterContent":"As Teachers, we want to improve student performance, and technology can help us accomplish this goal. Technology provides students with easy-to-access information, accelerated learning, and fun opportunities to practice what they learn. It enables students to explore new subjects and deepen their understanding of difficult concepts, particularly in STEM.\r\n\r\nThrough the use of technology inside and outside the classroom, students can gain 21st-century technical skills necessary for future occupations.\r\n\r\nEducational technology can foster collaboration. Not only can teachers engage with students during lessons, but students can also communicate with each other. Through online lessons and learning games, students get to work together to solve problems. In collaborative activities, students can share their thoughts and ideas and support each other. At the same time, technology enables one-on-one interaction with teachers. Students can ask classroom-related questions and seek additional help on the difficult-to-understand subject matter.","fullyFundedDate":1746787096816,"projectUrl":"project/illustrating-black-history-the-silent-m/9093702/","projectTitle":"Illustrating Black History!
