Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This year, students will be celebrated for making academic gains in content areas of math and reading. Incentivizing students for their hard work and focus on making academic gains will build positive attitudes towards assessments and foster success, growth and confidence among our diverse student population.

We want to reward our students for all their hard work this year.

These incentives like snacks and outdoor games will go towards a celebration for them making their gains for the state tests they are taking. These rewards help boost their self esteem and confidence towards academics while celebrating those successes.
