Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I want my students to know that they can be great in other physical activities other than basketball. We are very limited in our PE supplies and space. As the weather becomes warmer, I hope to utilize the outdoor greenspace with my classes. The items listed in this project will allow all students to experience new physical activities, acquire new skills, and collaborate with peers.

Helping fund this project will help improve students' fitness levels, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.

Students will have fun learning new skills that they can take with them and enjoy for the rest of their lives. This is a great opportunity to help lead the horses to the water and hopefully they will drink and enjoy the fun activities and new skills presented to them. Thank you for your consideration.
