My Students

The sky's the limit! My young scientists are eager to have hands on experiences launching rockets.

My students attend a high poverty inner city public school in Pennsylvania.

They range in from 7-9 years of age and have limited hands on science experience. I want to turn all of my young scientists onto Science through this wonderful rocket project.

My Project

My students will use this rocket project to extend their formal science journal writing by forming their hypothesis and treating this project as seriously as a NASA scientist would. We will convert our schoolyard into our very own Cape Canaveral in the city.

This project is designed to stimulate young minds and to encourage love of science.
