This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of my English Language Learners will need the bare necessities to provide them with a successful start to the school year! Notebooks, pencils and crayons (oh my!) will allow them to feel prepared and ready to learn. Ink cartidges will allow me to colorfully label the room as some begin to learn English and provide a welcoming environment.
To lessen the burden and stress, these supplies will be a way to show my students and their families the support they need as many begin to find their own way in a new country.
