This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are middle school students in Clifton, NJ. They live in low-income housing, and school is their getaway from crime and poverty. They are eager to learn! I am trying to open their eyes to math and science. STEM is high in demand and I want to ensure they have the same advantage to succeed as other school districts.

STEM opens so many doors.

I want to secure a safe financial future for my students. Please help my students reach their full potential.

My Project

I left my old district to teach special education science. This is my first time teaching science and I have zero resources to help my students succeed. STEM is in high demand and I need hands-on projects to help my students grasp scientific ideas. My students learn better when science is hands on. With these Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards. I can purchase curriculum that contains experiments and interactive notebooks. My students struggle with learning and this new curriculum will help them learn.
