My school is located in a rural area just outside of Phoenix, Arizona. I have the most amazing 20 kindergarten students in the world. I work with an academically diverse group of students, children who have special needs, children who are at grade level, children who excel and children who are English Language Learning students. Each student has their own needs which must to be met to make them successful, the data shows all students benefit from one thing; multisensory learning strategies.
My students are eager and LOVE to learn.
I want to feed into their potential by providing them with every opportunity possible. My students are so full of energy and excitement it makes my heat burst with joy. I love what I do!
In my classroom, I constantly use different multisensory strategies to ensure all students' needs are met. Every day the students are exposed to whole group lessons, small group lessons, buddy work, independent work, music and dance, learn by doing, and learning through play. All students can use the Royal Reading & Writing Center w/ Four as their sensory tubs and for fine motor skills activities during our daily center rotation.
My Project
Not all students learn in the same exact way. Therefore, the Classic Royal Reading Writing Center will be used during whole group instruction, small group instruction and hands on learning to enhance my students' multisensory learning experiences. The Royal Reading & Writing Center w/ Four will be used as part of the students’ sensory tubs and for fine motor skills activities daily.
Multisensory learning helps all students, especially those students with special needs.
All of my students will have the opportunity for multisensory strategies when they use the Royal Reading & Writing Center w/ Four as a tool for learning during center work.
While I will use the writing center during my whole group and small group instruction, my students will be using it when they are doing group work or hands on learning projects during center time.
Students can use the Royal Reading & Writing Center w/ Four as their sensory tubs and for fine motor skills activities during our daily center rotations. I know having a mobile cart for them to use will be a valuable leaning tool. All of my students will get great value out of this amazing reading, writing, and multisensory tub mobile center.
