My Project

Hello! I hope you are doing well. I am a teacher at our school in NJ, who works in a Preschool Disabilities classroom with 13 students; 12 who are unable to communicate their needs and speak less than 7 words.

I am requesting an iPad mini and appropriate accessories to protect/use the iPad to teach our children who are engaged through technology.

In our classroom, an iPad can be used to support communication--provide communication boards with sound--, teach our children to independently read books, and provide an outlet for students to grow academically (ex: fine motor when tracing, playing educational games, watch sensory timers, listen/watch social stories, etc.). These are just a couple of ways I would use the iPad. I greatly appreciate your time and support. Thank you.
