My Students
This is my fourth year of teaching third grade! My class this year is made up of the most excited and resilient kiddos I've had so far. They want to be back in school and learn new things. They've caught on quickly to classroom procedures and expectations. They are becoming more and more independent every day and I am so excited to watch them continue to grow this school year.
My Project
After the craziness caused by the pandemic over these past two years, I want all of my students to feel safe and comfortable in our classroom. Sometimes, school is the only place where some kids feel wanted and/or loved. In order to provide my students with the best learning environment possible, I will need these materials to help them (and future students) succeed!
These classroom materials will help students achieve learning growth and success this school year.
The flexible seating options and lap desks will provide my students with the physical support they need most to learn the best. The math games will help them to practice and practice those essential multiplication facts they will need for the rest of their lives. The picture books and chapter books will be perfect for read-alouds and independent reading. They will encourage students to continue reading not only for learning, but for fun!
