This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Being a resource teacher I am fortunate to work with students ranging from K-8th. I work with students with varying exceptionalities. I also collaborate and support their classroom teachers so they may have all the tools they need to be successful in their classrooms. My students put a smile on my face daily whether through a funny joke they learned, a new dance they want to show off, or trying their hardest to learn a new concept or skill. The most rewarding smile though is the one on their face when they finally master a skill.
My Project
"In teaching, the greatest sin is to be boring." This is so true, which is why I am looking for ways to make things fun for my kiddos. Collaboration with the teachers at my school is a wonderful way to change things up, but Teachers Pay Teachers is like the ultimate collaboration!
My students do best when I incorporate ideas from other educators and so do I!
There are millions of visually appealing resources and worksheets for students that they love! I am also able to find resources to progress monitor and stay organized so I can stay on top of what my students need. The resources on TPT are invaluable!
