My Project
Every year, I always struggle with teaching my 5th Grade students the basics of writing. I want my students to appreciate how powerful the written word can be! We have a high population of English Language Learners at our school and it sometimes can be hard for me to teach writing, not to mention the importance of writing.
This year I've found several supplemental resources that I can use to assist me with teaching ALL of my students writing. This resource has things such as interactive notebooks and differentiated practice worksheets, allowing me to engage all of my students, including my proficient writers.
