My Students

My students are young, creative and imaginative; however, some of their imaginations have not yet had the opportunities to grow inside a great book. They are still learning to read and have not yet discovered books that captured their imaginations. This could be the year the magic happens to them.

My students are 6 and 7 year olds.

They are creative, fun, and intelligent, however many of them are lacking the resources and opportunities they need to expand their creativity, fun, and intelligence.

My Project

These items will be an excellent addition to my first grade classroom. I want to make sure my students have everything they need to become successful.

We take various assessments online, so the chromebook will be utilized in everyday instruction.

In addition, I use a variety of reading and math programs to help my students practice skills across all content areas. Students can practice their reading fluency and comprehension skills while also practicing their basic addition and subtraction skills. As I mentioned, the Chromebook will help me reach students of all levels.

The classroom keepers will help my students keep their classwork and homework organized on a daily basis. Lastly the magnetic chart will make our daily objectives clear for all students.
