My Project

The power of praise can very impactful for the youth of today. Praise can have a profound influence on children's development. Using positive reinforcement to motivate and reward children can be highly effective. Incorporating positivity thoughtfully can help reinforce positive behavior and encourage ongoing motivation. It is my goal to help my students to feel valued and capable, which can increase their self-esteem and willingness to tackle new challenges. Filling each student's emotional buckets daily with positive affirmations encourages a growth mindset, where children believe they can improve through effort and learning. The items will be utilized for positive rewards and affirmations to motivate students to make positive behavioral choices and overcome challenges.
