This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Physical education in our classrooms plays a vital role in fostering healthy habits, building confidence, and promoting overall well-being from a young age.

Through active play and structured physical activities, students not only develop essential motor skills and fitness, but also learn the value of teamwork, cooperation, and respect for others.

Using soccer ball, jump ropes, hula hoops, and any team-based games and group challenges create opportunities for children to practice communication, problem-solving, and leadership in supportive, real-life scenarios. These experiences lay the foundation for lifelong social and emotional growth, helping students thrive both inside and outside the classroom. Prioritizing physical education, schools nurture healthier, more connected, and resilient learners.
