My Project
Hi! My name is Ms. Silva, I am a special education teacher working in a low income community for the city of Los Angeles. My project requests contains items for my students to have a clean, relaxing, and welcoming classroom environment. My students have various learning disabilities, as well social emotional needs, that need to be met in the classroom, as well outside of the classroom. A majority of my students live in low income communities, where families do not have access to materials/resources to help with their child's social and emotional needs, which is why I am creating this special project.
