The Perfect Place to Practice!

My students need a place where they can meet with me in a comfortable, efficient spot for small group guided reading, independent instruction, small group work. This table would provide the perfect spot!

My Students

My students are curious, eager to learn, and creative. Being young learners, Kindergarten students love exploring the classroom. My students love books, hands on activities, and being able to play a part in their own learning based on their interests.

My students are part of our classroom family.

I hope the best for them and want them to be able to be immersed in a variety of engaging, effective classroom experiences. These young learners come to school so excited about learning and I hope to encourage this throughout the year.

My Project

In Kindergarten, students focus a lot on reading and writing. A HUGE part of Kindergarten is guided reading, which means small group reading with me, the teacher! This table would provide the perfect location for me to conduct effective small group activities with my students.

Students will be able to easily discuss with their classmates and myself at this table.

Students will also be able to share work and learn from one another in small groups. This table will be extremely helpful in a classroom full of beginning readers! Not only is this table perfect for small group activities facilitated by me, it also serves as a place for students to go when they have free choice seating.
