My Project
Our enrichment students have really enjoyed reading "The One and Only Ivan" for the past few months! As we come to an end, they are so sad to see the book go! When I told them that there is a sequel (The One and Only Bob) they were BEGGING me to read it! This group of second grade students are reading on 3rd, 4th, and even 5th grade levels! They are quite the bright bunch!
Throughout our last book project, the students have gotten to make posters, write predictions, act out scenes as if they were real, compare and contrast story elements, and so much more!
I would love to give them the opportunity to read the sequel before the school year comes to an end!
