This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

After interacting with cursive text earlier in the year, students have expressed a desire to learn to read and write in cursive, and the resources here will allow me to build cursive lessons into my classroom routines.

My classroom culture is built around both what students need and want to learn, and the resources in this project support a well-rounded curriculum, allowing students to develop skills in cursive, update classroom supplies and our class set of novels, add supplies that students can utilize in the garden, and provide color ink for the printer we make use of for our art projects.
