My Project

This school year, we're bringing something brand new and incredibly exciting to our middle school: a music production class that will give students the chance to create, record, and produce their own music for the very first time.

As a music teacher, I’ve seen how deeply students connect with music—not just performing it, but creating it.

This class will empower them with the tools and skills to express themselves in a modern and meaningful way. Many of my students come from communities that don’t always have access to the latest technology or arts programming, and this class is a chance to change that.

To get this program off the ground, we’re asking for help to secure essential equipment that forms the foundation of any music production studio:

- Microphones

- Audio Interfaces

- Mic Stands & Clips

These basics will allow students to:

Record vocals, instruments, and podcasts

Learn how digital audio workstations (DAWs) work

Explore careers in music, sound engineering, and media production

Collaborate, express themselves, and build confidence through music

Your support will help us create a space where creativity, technology, and education meet—opening doors to a world of possibility for young artists and future producers.
