This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting 2 sets of "The Magic Tree House #1 - Dinosaurs Before Dark" in English & Spanish to host a 2nd-grade book club.

Our school is 80% + of Hispanic heritage and we want to have a Book club where both English and Spanish speakers can come together to discuss the story features and common experiences that relate to the characters.

Creating opportunities for reading aloud and discussion will help take our student's reading to new levels. Sometimes the opportunity to read at home is not available.
