My students need technology that teaches math and coding skills using fun and hands on activities.
This project expired on November 8, 2018.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach in a very interesting setting. My school is becoming more and more diverse every year. Children are coming from all over the world, including places like Africa, Ukraine, and Pakistan. They speak many languages when they enter my classroom and I love seeing how much growth they make in one year!
My kindergartners are so full of excitement and have a love of learning!
They love everything that is hands on and technology is an instant way to engage children no matter what their background. Technology and hands on materials are a great way to engage my students no matter where they are from or what language they speak.
These materials will help students build skills for our changing world. These materials will help students build math skills and coding skills while also helping them problem solve and work with a team of students. The Cozmo robot and Code and Go Mouse will help students learn basic coding skills and give students a visual to match the codes they create and can be applied to math skills and fun games.
These robots will engage all of my students in math skills, social skills, and coding skills no matter their background or language skills.
My students will love to bring their learning to life with these engaging and exciting little bots!
