Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In second grade, we learn more about the human body and how it functions. We learn about the digestive system, the skeletal system, and introduce them to the nervous system. Ms. Bloomquist and I created this list of items to help us better teach all of our second grade children about the human body. These models, charts, posters, and workbooks will help our children to better understand how their bodies work and how they can take care of themselves for a lifetime.

Teaching our children about the human body will be so much easier with these aprons, charts, posters, and workbooks that allow our children to manipulate the parts to better understand how their bodies work.

We will discuss nutrition and exercise. We will help our children to understand the need to take care of themselves and how to better care for themselves for a lifetime of good health and happy living.
