This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my classroom, we have access to many amazing resources online. This includes informative videos, interactive PowerPoints, educational games, books read aloud, and more during both math and science classes. My students love using these resources, and I love their enthusiasm for these programs.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to use these resources to their highest potential without headphones, an item many of my students can't afford.

This is hindering not just our learning but it makes giving class assessments difficult, as all students need headphones to hear the test questions being read to them.

I want to be able to provide them with headphones so they can hear everything the internet has to offer them.
