The Great Reading Adventure in Science

Help me give my students great things to read while they are in my science classroom. The class set of World Without Fish is a book that will help students understand the importance of saving the ocean.

My Project

The class set of books and the Science World magazine will help my students to develop critical thinking and teach them to ask questions and discuss what they read. This Science World magazine shows how things are relevant to their lives and always include hot topics that interest young readers. These reading adventures in my science classroom will also broaden the horizons of the student and show them the links between chemistry, math, geography, etc.

Reading comprehension is extremely important and I want to help my students to be successful in their future endeavors.

I also want to ignite their curiosity and teach them to love and understand the things that surround them each and every day. Knowledge is power and I want to give my students as much power as I can with relevant reading material that we will discuss together.
