My students love hands-on learning and working collaboratively.
As a teacher, I want to give them all the best opportunities to help them grow and excel. We love exploring science topics, reading enriching novels, and having fun while learning.
My Project
This year our class is focusing on conservation. We are going to be reading The Great Kapok Tree, and my students will then create a play focusing on the environment, the rain forest, and the important part they play in our lives.
This project will not only teach my students about the environment and important science standards but will also give them a chance to express themselves artistically.
My students will be writing their own parts about an animal, biome, or environmental issue. This is an incredible chance to let them see how the art in language arts can come alive.
Please help me give my students this chance to express themselves and learn about important science and environmental issues. The supplies will be used to create props, masks, and decorations for the play that they will write, produce, and star in. My students will benefit greatly from being able to undertake such an incredible task and will feel so proud and accomplished when it is done.
