My Project

Every item in my cart has been carefully selected to support the diverse needs of the children in my kindergarten classroom.

The snacks chosen are to give students the opportunity to take a break to boost their energy and focus as we are more than half way through our day.

The different toys and playdough are chosen to ensure brain breaks and fine motor skills are happening throughout the day when students are taking a break from learning. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with others.

The books are chosen to increase awareness of ourselves, diversity, emotions, and why it's important to be in school. The books also sets the tone for the rest of their school years as they're becoming independent.

The skin tone paper, glue, erasers, and tissue paper are for each student to create their own masterpiece of themselves and what makes them who they are. I want each student to know that their work has value and is unique.

The cleaning supplies will maintain a safe, healthy, and inviting environment for students to thrive and be their best selves.

The laminating pouches are to welcome a print rich environment for students to remember all of what we've learned while building our classroom community.

In kindergarten, we lay the foundation for lifelong learning, and I want every student to meet and exceed their developmental goals so they can confidently move to the next level.

What makes my students truly special is their individuality. They each bring something unique and valuable to our learning community. Our young learners are not just students, they are the future leaders of our world. With your support, I can give them the tools they need to shine.
