I have a classroom full of amazing learners. Some come to school not knowing how to write their names or count to ten. I work in a high poverty area and some students do not come with the needed materials. My students come to school eager to learn. We are a STEM school and only want the best for our little learners. We focus on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
We want our students to become productive citizens with a bright future!
My Project
These headphones will help my students learn and stay on task. Our math and reading curriculum require my students to hear what is being read to them. If they cannot hear the questions they will be unable to answer correctly. This is a wonderful program that is individualized for each student. They will also stay on task better when using the tablets in class and will not distract the other children's learning because the volume will not have to be up.
They will make improvements in language and math because they will be able to hear the online portion of our curriculum.
