Our goal is to cultivate a sense of calm and wonder within our school's Fox Den, providing students with a safe haven where they can explore their emotions, practice mindfulness, and develop essential self-regulation skills. By bringing the beauty of the outdoors indoors with woodland themed sensory items (like soft lights and flexible seating options), we hope to nurture a connection to nature and promote wellness among our school community.
