The Final Step to the Perfect Differentiated Listening Center
Help me give my students both read alouds in Spanish and English for their new listening center that was just recently funded! These materials and texts will bring this listening center to life.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Recently my students and I received extremely exciting news. From the love of two generous donors my classroom was donated a read-along listening center. In my classroom I have a wide range of diverse academic needs to meet. As an educator I take pride in how I differentiate my centers and instruction to meet the needs of all these students. Therefore, this new convient, compact design will be very beneficial for all my students because they can all access and utilize it in different ways when learning in the classroom.
To fully implement, use, and create this effective listening center I want to provide my students with meaningful texts that build motivation, are culturally inclusive, and engaging.
As an educator I create a safe learning environment for my students by integrating tools, instruction, and materials that relate and connect to their own experiences. The texts selected offer a wide range of variety and choice. These read-along texts/CDs will bring this listening center to LIFE! And bring so much joy, excitement, and motivation to ALL my students learning and academic needs.
