Help me give my students the energy they need to push through after school activities! These items will provide the necessary nutrients to prevent fatigue.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Having snacks after school before practice can significantly impact a dancer's performance and overall well-being. These items provide a balanced mix of carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats, essential for replenishing energy stores, supporting muscle recovery, and maintaining sustained endurance throughout rigorous dance rehearsals. By consuming nutritious snacks before practice, dancers can optimize their physical and mental readiness, improve concentration, prevent fatigue, and enhance their overall performance on the dance floor.
Under the guidance of Mrs. Funches-Jean, our talented dancers will not only focus on majorette dance, but also explore other genres such as hip hop, jazz, and West African styles.
Our goal is to bring the spirit and energy of dance to various events within our school and community. You can catch us performing at football games, basketball games, pep rallies, parades, and other exciting community events. We strive to entertain and inspire through our dynamic choreography, synchronized movements, and infectious enthusiasm.
