Help me give my students an art creative station where they can have access to Play-dough and other materials and freely create whatever their little hands and minds are thinking.
Our Creative Station will be used daily in our centers so that children can have access to paints, glue, play-dough, dobbers and shapes to help them use their imagination and create what they are thinking and feeling.
Our creative station will also provide opportunities for children to use the materials for calming strategies to help them relax when feeling overwhelmed.
The children will also have opportunities to use the creative station with a friend or friends to do small group projects and provide social and emotional support as they work together.
