My Project
The classroom rug is the most important place in an early childhood classroom. We gather there for lessons, but also for social interaction and important discussions. We spend so much time together in our classroom that it is like a second home. A classroom, like a home, can be a much cozier place with a rug as a centerpiece.
Having a rug that is colorful and interesting will give my students an inviting place to meet, learn, and make friends.
It is important for my students to have a place that makes them feel welcomed and valued. Adding a new rug that is nice and clean will help create that environment for them.
