My Students
The students I have the privilege to teach are both bright and extremely curious about the world around them. I teach the entire grade-level science, and I have a very active classroom.
I am a teacher at a charter school which means that my students come to me from all over the county.
Our school is a school of choice so my students are very excited about the education they are receiving. I want to give them every opportunity to make as many memories as they can in my class. All the while, they are learning so much and don't even realize it!
My Project
My scholars love their Flora Lab inside our classroom! This lab was provided because of amazing Donors just like you! They come up with their own ideas for what they want their lab to look like and they come up with some amazing plans.
The little Botanists in my classroom have asked for an outdoor space where they can conduct labs and observations better suited to being outside.
They want to catch insects and observe their behaviors. In addition, they have asked for an herb garden with germination pods. Their goal is to also have a space where they can complete thier daily task in a different, relaxing environment.
I'd like to add that all of these items were hand selected by my scholars! We have written this Donors Choose Project as a team!
